We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator for our client in the Orchard Park area. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Complete required customer representations and certifications through email and designated customer portals in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract review records, ensuring consistency between meeting notes, review forms, and tracking tools.
  • Prepare and administer Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) using approved company templates.
  • Complete NDA documentation on company letterhead and ensure proper filing of executed agreements.
  • Coordinate monthly onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
  • Distribute training materials, presentations, and related documentation.


Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–3 years of administrative experience required.
  • Previous contract administration, compliance, legal support, or document control experience preferred.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
