Compounder – 3rd Shift
Location: Wharton, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
Overtime: Required
Pay: 25-28/hr

Zing is hiring Compounders for a leading beauty and personal care manufacturing facility in Wharton, NJ. If you have hands-on compounding experience and enjoy working in a precise, production-driven environment, this is a strong opportunity to grow with a stable team.

• Pre-weigh and compound ingredients for production batches

• Accurately measure raw materials using scales and appropriate tools

• Complete batch records, logs, and production documentation

• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and GMP standards

• Pull samples for Quality Control testing

• Support production and molding operations as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM 

Overtime is required based on production needs. Must be able to train on first shift

• 1+ years of compounding or blending experience

• Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered for 2nd and 3rd shift

• Experience in cosmetic, skincare, personal care, or similar manufacturing environment required

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Spanish is a plus
