Maintenance Technician Press Automotive Stamping

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain Records; Proper Use and Care of PPE; Troubleshooting/Repair/Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems and formulate solutions related to areas of:

• Stamping Equipment
• Robots
• Forklifts
• Cranes
• Utility Systems
• • Electrical Power Distribution
  • Cooling Water System
  • Natural Gas Supply
  • Domestic Water System
  • Fire Protection Systems
• Other
• • Lighting
  • Scrap Conveyor System
  • HVAC
  • Door and Locks

Preventative Maintenance and inspections of equipment. (Instrument Reading, Inspection and Function Checks, Leak Detection and Repair) Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Electrical (24V - 480V, AC, Single & 3 Phase Power, DC voltage, control systems, motor controls)
• PLC Programming (creating, editing, and troubleshooting)
• Analyze Circuits, wiring diagrams and drawings
• Excellent communication skills and be able to work well with others
• Mechanical skills (to troubleshoot and repair)

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Diploma/Certificate of completion from accredited Technology College/Skilled Trades School
