Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm primarily looking for a mother's helper on a regular twice weekly basis + and could some help with intermittent childcare as well. From a help at home standpoint, looking for help with some light housework + with preparing meals. Regarding our kids, we could use some occasional babysitting on weekends along with help getting them settled after coming home from school (on the days helping with above house-hold stuff).
