Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent business in the Fulton MS area, is seekiing welders to join their team! This is a facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Welder Job Summary:

· Pay: will depend upon experience

· Shifts Available:

o 1st Shift: Monday- Saturday 6am-until, OT required

• Perform MIG welding using flux-cored arc welding (FCAW) on structural and fabricated steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up and adjust welding machines, including voltage, wire feed, and gas flow as needed.
• Weld components in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
• Inspect welds for quality, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
• Clean and prepare metal surfaces prior to welding (grinding, cutting, fitting).
• Perform basic fabrication tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling steel parts.
• Maintain consistent weld quality while meeting production deadlines.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Welderr Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Previous MIG Flux Core welding required, 2 years

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift up-to 50 lbs. repeatedly
