Civil Engineer – Land Development

We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT or PE) with at least 3 years of land development experience to manage and design civil engineering projects from concept through construction. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil plan sets, coordinating internal teams (survey, traffic, drainage, and utilities), managing project schedules and budgets, overseeing QA/QC procedures, and working with municipal agencies to obtain approvals.

The ideal candidate can manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide construction-phase support, and lead, mentor, and develop technical staff. Strong knowledge of site development design, construction administration, cost estimating, and permitting is required.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, PE license (or ability to obtain within 6–12 months), and proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
