KITCHEN PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

This role isn't overly complex or heavy labor, but it is highly meticulous and deeply essential to our quality standards. You

will be responsible for taking raw, dehydrated sea moss imported directly from the Caribbean, and carefully transforming it

into our signature, premium flavored gels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Meticulous Cleaning & Hydration: Rehydrating the raw, dehydrated Caribbean sea moss and thoroughly washing it

up to 5 times. You will know it's ready when the soaking water is completely crystal clear.

Recipe Execution & Blending: Learning our proprietary recipes and precisely blending every single flavor of sea

moss gel in our product line.

Pasteurization & Bottling: Pouring the blended batches into our steam kettle/pasteurizer, heating the mixture to the

exact required temperature, and immediately bottling it while hot to ensure jar disinfection and shelf stability.

Finishing & Fulfillment: Labeling jars with exact nutrition facts, applying tamper-evident safety seals, and moving

finished batches into our walk-in freezer to prep for next-day shipping.

Shipping Prep: Building shipping boxes and carefully packing orders for our customers.

Health & Safety Compliance: Maintaining a spotless workspace and ensuring the kitchen is thoroughly sanitized and

compliant with health codes before checking out for the day.
