Inventory Control Associate - 2nd Shift

• Performing daily warehouse tasks, primarily on your feet throughout the shift
• Analyzing inventory adjustment trends and identifying root causes of shrink
• Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
• Alerting management to inventory anomalies and potential shrink issues
• Monitoring inventory transactions, conducting research, and reconciling imbalances to prevent order denials
• Operating forklifts and reach trucks to transport items to designated areas
• Sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, or product code
• Marking materials with identifying information and putting stock away in the proper locations
• Performing dropdowns to keep items at eye-level for picking
• Maintaining clear communication to minimize operational disruptions
• Completing assignments efficiently while following all safety and security procedures
• Using computer systems to coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment activities
• Training new employees and performing other duties as assigned

• Have experience using systems that support inventory management
• Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
• Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations
• Are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Can converse, read, and write in English
• Have the physical ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
• (Preferred) Knowledge of inventory control concepts and practices
• (Preferred) Experience in a distribution warehouse environment
• (Preferred) Experience operating a forklift and reach truck
• (Preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics AX
