- Performing daily warehouse tasks, primarily on your feet throughout the shift
- Analyzing inventory adjustment trends and identifying root causes of shrink
- Investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
- Alerting management to inventory anomalies and potential shrink issues
- Monitoring inventory transactions, conducting research, and reconciling imbalances to prevent order denials
- Operating forklifts and reach trucks to transport items to designated areas
- Sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or bins by size, type, style, color, or product code
- Marking materials with identifying information and putting stock away in the proper locations
- Performing dropdowns to keep items at eye-level for picking
- Maintaining clear communication to minimize operational disruptions
- Completing assignments efficiently while following all safety and security procedures
- Using computer systems to coordinate inventory transfers and replenishment activities
- Training new employees and performing other duties as assigned
- Have experience using systems that support inventory management
- Possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem resolution skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Can perform basic mathematical calculations
- Are able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Can converse, read, and write in English
- Have the physical ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs
- (Preferred) Knowledge of inventory control concepts and practices
- (Preferred) Experience in a distribution warehouse environment
- (Preferred) Experience operating a forklift and reach truck
- (Preferred) Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics AX
