Local CDL A Delivery Driver - West Chester, OH

ITDS is seeking a reliable and skilled Local Class A Delivery Driver to join our team.  This is a 1st shift, local position delivering doors within 120-130 mile radius of West Chester, OH.We are excited to offer drivers a choice between TWO compensation packages so you can select the pay structure that works best for you!!!

 

Schedule and Job Duties:

• Monday to Friday, weekends off
• Start between 5am and 6am; end between 4pm and 5pm
• Deliver doors to customer locations within 130 mile radius
• Unload product using pallet jacks, hand jacks, and carts
• Drivers are responsible for getting the doors off the trailer; assistance at many stops is available

There is a weekly overnight run that drivers rotate.  Typically you would cover this run about once every four weeks.  The company provides hotel accommodations and reimburses up to $50 total for dinner and breakfast with receipts. 

Pay Option 1--Mileage Based Compensation:

• $.52 per mile
• $20.50 per stop
• Detention Pay: $20.00 per hour after first hour, detention starts immeditely for job-site deliveries
• Holiday Pay: 8 hours paid at $20 per hour
• Average weekly earnings approximately $1,533.26
• Average 31 stops per week approximately

This position allows drivers to set the pace for their day.  As you become more familiar with the routes, customers and handling of the product, you can often complete your workday more efficiently while maintaining your earning potential.

Pay Option 2--Hourly Compensation:

• $30.00 per hour; Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times regualr rate after 40 hours in work week
• Holiday Pay according to company policy
• Hotel acommodations provided for overnight runs
• Upto $50 reimbursement for dinner and breakfast with receipts during overnights
• Drivers perfroming overnights will be paid for all hours worked during run

 Minimum hiring requirements for all positions:

• Class A CDL
• 1 year verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer experience
• No more than 3 moving violations within last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
• No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 3 years
• No preventable collisions within the last 3 years involving: rear-end, rollover, work/constructionzone related occurrance
• 23 years old
• No Failed DT
