We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level administrative role with the opportunity to grow into a sales-focused position over time. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and build a long-term career within a growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage mailings, including data entry of mailing lists, generating inquiry letters, and creating marketing flyers.
- Perform envelope preparation, including folding, stuffing, and applying postage.
- Assist with mail merge functions in Microsoft Word (training provided).
- Maintain and update zip code data and internal records for Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
- Perform filing, recordkeeping, and general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Learn to utilize online search tools to support business needs.
- Assist with data updates and documentation accuracy.
- Support internal processes such as safekeeping and record organization.
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus (training available).
The position is fully onsite with working hours on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM. The dress code is business casual.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sonestown, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
