🚧 Aerotek Is Hiring FLAGGERS — Weekly Pay! 🚧💵 $19/hr • Monday–Friday • 40+ Hours • Outdoor Work
Looking for a steady, reliable job with weekly pay and a company that invests in your safety and training? Aerotek is hiring Flaggers to support roadway and construction work zones across the region. What You’ll Do 🛠️- Traffic Control — Direct and manage traffic using stop/slow paddles, hand signals, and radios to keep work zones safe.
- Setup & Removal — Place cones, signs, and barricades according to state standards and company procedures.
- Site Monitoring — Watch road conditions and adjust traffic patterns to maintain a safe environment.
- Communication — Coordinate with crews, supervisors, and the public to ensure smooth operations.
- Daily Dispatch — Use a mobile app to receive assignments and travel to job sites within ~1 hour of the central shop.
- Training — Complete a 3–4 hour traffic control training course before orientation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work 100% outdoors in all weather
- Ability to stand long periods and lift 30–50 lbs
- Professional, calm communication with the public
- Flagging certification (ATSSA) or willingness to obtain one
- Flagging Experience — Prior traffic control or construction experience is a plus
- ATSSA Certification — Highly desirable and may waive training
- Roadway/Utility Experience — Helpful but not required
- Safety Gear — Steel/composite toe boots above the ankle required

This role is 100% outdoors in active roadway and construction zones. You’ll work in heat, cold, rain, and snow, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays. After a one‑day orientation in Greentree, PA, you’ll be dispatched daily from home via the mobile app to job sites within about a one‑hour radius.
