Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient handling and storage of materials in our warehouse. The position offers a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, working from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive pay rate of $18.50 starting.
Qualifications:- 2+ years forklift experince
- Experience loading and unloading shipments
- Ability to work weekends and overtime if needed
Responsibilities
- Use material handling equipment to manage inbound and outbound shipments, including loading and unloading trucks, and locating and picking materials into and out of warehouse racks and between locations.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and ensure it is in safe working condition by performing regular inspections. Report any accidents or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
- Stock and arrange products to ensure efficient warehouse inventory turnover.
- Perform accurate cycle counting to determine material quantities.
- Receive materials into inventory, move materials between designated locations, and pick materials from warehouse locations as needed. Ensure the accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and data entries that impact electronic records. Resolve discrepancies with material quantities and part numbers.
- Ensure stable pallet locations, avoid damage to pallets, materials, racking, and equipment, and keep aisles clear of materials.
- Practice safe material handling techniques.
- Perform housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Be flexible to work overtime or weekends as required. This role is designated as Safety Sensitive.
Essential Skills
- Experience with forklift operation, inventory management, packing, material handling, receiving, and shipping.
- Experience in loading and unloading shipments from trucks.
- Ability to stock a warehouse and perform basic inventory tasks.
- Attention to detail and safety-oriented mindset, including avoiding stacking pallets too high.
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Work Environment
