General Labor Pay: $19.00/hour Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM–1:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (7:00 PM–3:30 AM) Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a General Labor for our manufacturing/foundry client to start immediately at $19.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Assist with general foundry production and manufacturing operations
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Operate basic production equipment and hand tools safely
• Grind, clean, inspect, and finish castings as needed
• Follow safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Effective communication skills
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Skills

• General foundry production and foundry facility support
• Working safely around hot, fast-paced industrial environments
• Hand tools and basic production equipment operation
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Ability to work independently and with a team
