Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Forth Worth, TX (76140)

Duration: 6+Months (Temp to perm)

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $17.00/hr. on W2 

We are hiring a Material Handler / Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment with potential for full-time conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners
• Prepare shipments (labeling, packing, palletizing)
• Verify item, lot number, and quantity before shipment
• Follow SOPs, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory movement and warehouse operations

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Experience with order picking, packing, shipping/receiving
• Familiarity with RF scanners / WMS (SAP preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good attendance and teamwork

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Voice picking experience
• Forklift / pallet jack experience
• Experience in distribution or logistics environment

Education Requirement

• High School Diploma or GED
