Position: Systems Engineer
Location: Topeka, KS -- Hybrid weekly
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 base annual salary + excellent benefits

What You'll Do
• Own and support a large-scale VMware environment, including vCenter and VMware Cloud Foundation
• Manage enterprise storage, backup, and replication solutions
• Support Windows Server infrastructure, VDI, and virtualized workloads
• Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Administer SQL Server environments from an infrastructure perspective
• Evaluate new technologies, lead improvements, and drive infrastructure projects
• Work closely with networking and security teams to maintain a secure, reliable environment
What We're Looking For
• Strong experience with VMware, vCenter, and virtualization
• Enterprise storage, backup, and replication expertise
• Windows Server administration experience
• Understanding of VDI environments
• SQL Server infrastructure administration experience
• Working knowledge of Linux, networking, VLANs, and security concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, project, and documentation skills
