• Strong motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearance experience.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.

• At least 5 years of hands-on civil litigation experience in a law firm or similar legal environment.

• Active attorney license in good standing required.

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation matters independently from intake through conclusion.

• Strong experience drafting motions, briefs, pleadings, and other substantive legal documents.

• Proven background handling depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation tasks.

• Solid knowledge of discovery procedures, litigation deadlines, and courtroom practices.

• Excellent written advocacy, legal analysis, and case management skills.
