Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support outreach efforts and help strengthen brand visibility for a growing organization in Carroll Valley, Pennsylvania. This contract opportunity begins with approximately 10 to 12 hours per week and requires onsite support at the start, with the potential to transition to a fully remote arrangement. The role is well suited for someone who can manage promotional activities, coordinate event-related marketing, and keep communication channels active and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media activity by creating, scheduling, and updating content that increases awareness and audience engagement.

• Assist with marketing outreach initiatives designed to expand visibility and promote the organization’s services or events.

• Support the planning and coordination of events, including promotional preparation and follow-up communication.

• Develop and distribute email campaigns that communicate key updates, announcements, and marketing messages.

• Contribute to direct marketing efforts by helping organize and execute targeted promotional campaigns.

• Monitor ongoing marketing activities and recommend ways to improve reach, consistency, and effectiveness.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure branding and messaging remain aligned across channels

• Experience supporting marketing functions such as social media management, email outreach, or promotional campaigns.
• Familiarity with event coordination and marketing support for community, business, or promotional events.
• Ability to create clear, engaging content tailored to different audiences and communication platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage part-time responsibilities independently.
• Comfortable working onsite initially in Fairfield, Pennsylvania, with flexibility to transition to remote work.
• Availability to work approximately 10 to 12 hours per week.
• Interest in a contract-to-permanent opportunity with the potential for long-term placement.
