Position OverviewWe are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-4 years of healthcare law experience to join our Healthcare Regulatory team.
This role provides the opportunity to work exclusively on health innovation, representing companies across all stages of growth-from pre-formation startups to public companies-as well as public health technology organizations.
We are looking for attorneys who have a strong interest in the intersection of technology and healthcare, including:

Digital Health Applications
Candidates should be passionate about helping shape the future of healthcare through innovative technologies.
ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on a broad range of healthcare regulatory matters, including:
Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM)
Multi-state healthcare regulatory compliance
Federal, commercial, and self-insured payor reimbursement
Value-Based Care
Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs)
Fraud & Abuse compliance
Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS)
Stark Law
False Claims Act (FCA)
Fee-splitting laws
HIPAA
State healthcare privacy laws
Health data exchange and interoperability
State healthcare transaction notification laws
Knox-Keene Act
State laws governing Artificial Intelligence in healthcare
Candidates with meaningful experience in several of these areas and an interest in learning others are encouraged to apply.
QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school
2-4 years of healthcare law experience
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Detail-oriented with strong judgment
Ability to quickly learn new regulatory issues
Client-focused mindset
Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and healthcare conferences
