This role involves supporting platform migration efforts within the Medica Transformation Team, focusing on leading change strategy and execution across IT and business stakeholders. The consultant will ensure the successful and timely adoption of new platforms, processes, and ways of working while building credibility across a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proactively identify and mitigate adoption risks.
- Drive engagement and organizational readiness through comprehensive change plans.
- Provide consistent program updates and partner closely with Change Management, PMO, IT, and business leaders.
- Coach peers, share best practices, and identify cross-functional impacts and dependencies.
- Ensure a connected, consistent change experience across the enterprise.
- Leverage Medica's Change Methodology for a scalable, integrated approach across initiatives.
- Develop stakeholder analysis and engagement strategies.
- Assess and document business, process, role, and technology impacts while identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption.
- Deliver clear, timely communications to build understanding and create buy-in.
- Partner with business and training teams to ensure stakeholders have the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Proactively identify organizational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with and coach fellow Change Management Consultants across migration workstreams.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of organizational change management experience with demonstrated business outcomes.
- Experience leading change for large-scale technology implementations and platform migrations.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships across all levels of a matrixed organization.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and translating complex initiatives into practical actions.
- Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Prosci certification or comparable organizational change management methodology experience preferred.
- Experience in continuous improvement and business process improvement.
The position offers a flexible work arrangement with onsite requirements three days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) in Minnetonka. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $83.00/hr.
