Job Title: Racker
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Racker to join our day shift team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and take pride in ensuring every part is properly prepared for downstream finishing operations, this is the role for you. You’ll spend your shift wiring and fixturing delicate parts onto racks—supporting cleaning, plating, and surface coating processes—while helping maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
Pay: $17.00/hr + $2 raise after 4 months
Shift: 1st shift: 5:50am - 4:20pm, Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities
- Fixture parts onto designated racks per general instructions.
- Read and apply special instructions when required, ensuring correct part orientation and fixturing.
- Perform frequent counting of product to maintain accuracy and meet daily rack quotas.
- Inspect incoming parts and report any defects or questionable conditions immediately to the Department Lead.
- Keep work area and equipment clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Execute prescribed preventive maintenance on racking equipment as scheduled.
- Complete tasks as directed by the manufacturing schedule with minimal supervision, consistently meeting production targets.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to support overall production demands and address issues promptly.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.70/hr.
