About The Role

We are seeking attorneys to join a civil litigation team focused on construction and related complex matters. This role provides opportunities to work on high-stakes construction defense and other civil litigation cases, with flexible options for full-time, part-time, or hybrid arrangements.\n

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction litigation matters from intake through resolution.
\n
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
\n
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
\n
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
\n
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and trial leaders on case development.
\n
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
\n
• Licensed and admitted to practice in California.
\n
• Strong academic credentials with demonstrated research, writing, and analytical skills.
\n
• Excellent litigation, communication, and persuasive speaking abilities.
\n
• Self-starter who can manage assignments independently while collaborating in a team.
\n
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
\n
