Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Provide specialized nursing care for infants in a Level 2 NICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-3.
  • \n
  • Attend C-sections and vaginal deliveries, focusing solely on neonatal care.
  • \n
  • Manage common neonatal diagnoses including hypoglycemia, respiratory distress, and pre-term care.
  • \n
  • Administer IV antibiotics, phototherapy, and support babies withdrawing from maternal drug use.
  • \n
  • Participate in the care of post-partum mothers and newborns if needed.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring safe staffing based on patient acuity.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
  • \n
  • Current BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required.
  • \n
  • Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
  • \n
  • Ability to work nights, including 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule.
  • \n
  • Willingness to float to nearby facilities if required.
  • \n
  • Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required.
