Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide specialized nursing care for infants in a Level 2 NICU with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:1-3. \n
- Attend C-sections and vaginal deliveries, focusing solely on neonatal care. \n
- Manage common neonatal diagnoses including hypoglycemia, respiratory distress, and pre-term care. \n
- Administer IV antibiotics, phototherapy, and support babies withdrawing from maternal drug use. \n
- Participate in the care of post-partum mothers and newborns if needed. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams ensuring safe staffing based on patient acuity. \n

- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of NICU experience. \n
- Current BLS (AHA) and NRP certifications required. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred. \n
- Ability to work nights, including 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule. \n
- Willingness to float to nearby facilities if required. \n
- Previous travel nursing experience is preferred but not required. \n
