**Required Experience and Skills:** - 24 months of experience in Progressive Care, Stepdown, Med Surg, Tele, or Med surg/Telemetry - Experience, comfort, and proficiency with drips: heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltiazem, digoxin - Ability to comfortably/confidently read EKG/ECG including all Tele related duties/responsibilities (rhythm strips, dysrhythmia reads) - EPIC EMR experience **Preferred Experience and Skills:** - 24 months of current Progressive Care, Stepdown, Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele experience **Leadership Experience:** - Professional Reference/Reference Check from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO from within 24 months **Licensure:** - Active Iowa/IA license or compact/Multistate license at time of submission **Certifications:** - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA/Active American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS (Basic Life Support) - De-Escalation Certificate (SAMA, MAB, MOAB, CPI) [preferred] - NIH Stroke Scale certificate [nice to have] **Other Requirements:** - Skills Checklist specific to the discipline listed (Progressive Care, Stepdown, Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele) - Must complete Basic Dysrhythmia Assessment with a passing score of 80% during onboarding - Driver’s License [document required]
