Description
\nProvides comprehensive nutritional care to patients and residents identified with special needs and/or those who meet nutritional risk criteria. Provides nutritional care which includes patient assessment and reassessment, patient and family education, interdisciplinary communication, nutritional plan of care development, and documentation of all interventions in accordance with policy and acceptable practice standards. Acts as a competent clinician who provides clinical care in a skilled and effective manner, utilizing appropriate technical and decision-making skills.

Requirements
\nDay Shift/M-F 8am – 4:30/food handlers card required/We would need them to do inpatient and some outpatient consults. Dialysis trained if possible. We also have some needs in OTS consults ( this is infusions)

Education and Work Experience:
\n- \n
- Bachelor?s Degree in food and nutrition or equivalent: Required \n
- Master's Degree: Required, only if eligibility for examination began on or after 1/1/24 \n
- Experience as a Clinical Dietitian: Preferred \n
- Dietetic internship or its equivalent: Required \n
Licenses/Certifications:

- Registered Dietitian (RD) within 6 months of completion of residency program: Required \n
- Oregon Dietitan Licensure: Required in OR \n
Facility Specific License/Certifications:

- Licensed Dietitian (LD): Required \n
