Full Time (40hrs/week) Primarily days with occassional evening shift educator requirements as needed
\nMinimum Qualifications: BSN Degree
\nInpatient Adult Medicine experience required
\nRequires 2 - 5 years RN experience
\nPrefer 5 - 10 years RN experience

\nCreates and implement staff education and professional development activities and programs that optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
\n- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates ongoing educational and professional development activities and programs for clinical and non-clinical areas. \n
- Collaborates with staff and representatives of other organizations to develop, present and or evaluate clinically focused training, continuing education and or professional development opportunities. \n
- Participates in activities that promote safety, quality and regulatory compliance. \n
- Collaborates with leadership to assess the educational needs of the staff and develops appropriate education plan. \n
- Participates in professional development and life long learning. \n
- Bachelor's Degree - Nursing\n
