American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Trauma ICU position requiring Level I Trauma experience, prior travel experience, and Epic proficiency.

- Level I Trauma ICU in an acute care hospital setting \n
- 14-room, 16-bed ICU unit \n
- Patient ratio of 1:2 \n
- Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) \n
- Floating required to ICU, IMC, and Telemetry units as needed \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- \n
- Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand \n
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS; NIHSS also required \n
- Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC \n
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience \n
- Level I Trauma ICU experience required \n
- Prior travel nursing experience required \n
- Epic EMR experience required \n
- Candidates must reside outside the following TX counties to be eligible: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris \n
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration \n

- Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler \n
- No travel pairs or groups accepted \n
- RTO is limited to no more than 3 days and none during the first week of orientation \n
- 13-week contract \n
