TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Holdrege, Nebraska.

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
\n**Schedule**
\n Shift: 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM, 2 out of 3 weekends. Block scheduling available.
**Assignment Details**
\n Guaranteed Hours: 36
\n Contract Length: 12 weeks
**Requirements**
\n - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state
\n - Bachelors degree (B.S.N.), Associates degree (A.D.N.), or Diploma from an accredited college of nursing
\n - Current BLS certification
\n - Current ACLS certification
\n - Current NRP certification (for RNs assigned to the Obstetrics Department)
\n - Must have Labor and Delivery experience
**Roles & Responsibilities**
\n - Manage, organize, and administer nursing care to patients of all ages under physician supervision.
\n - Assess patient needs regarding their physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual requirements.
\n - Report and document observed symptoms, reactions, and changes in patient conditions.
\n - Utilize the nursing process to deliver and evaluate patient care plans.
\n - Administer medications using standard safety protocols.
\n - Provide educational information to patients and families based on their specific needs.
\n - Create and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients, families, and visitors.
\n - Organize and prioritize assignments to ensure optimal patient care.
