Registered Nurse (RN) – Electrophysiology (EP) LabWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both cardiac device procedures and electrophysiology ablation cases, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced procedural environment.Position SummaryThe EP RN will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, including device implants and ablations. This role is focused on supporting the EP team and ensuring exceptional patient outcomes throughout the procedural process.Schedule
\n Full-time
\n Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week
\n Flexibility is required, as staff may occasionally remain late to complete a procedure (typically no more than once per pay period)
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Current RN licensure
\n Prior Electrophysiology Lab experience
\n Experience assisting with:
\n Cardiac device implants (Pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices)
\n Electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures
\n Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills
\n Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
\n Key Responsibilities
\n Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after EP procedures.
\n Monitor patients throughout electrophysiology and device procedures.
\n Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and other clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
\n Maintain procedural documentation and uphold all regulatory and quality standards.
\n Support patient education and discharge planning as appropriate.
