\n Home Health Full-Time Physical Therapist
\n $95.00-$105.00 per hourly Home Health visit.
\n Seeking Health Physical Therapist for Upper and Middle Rio Grande Valley areas.
\n We are a home health agency with a deep commitment to quality, we are offering positions for Therapists seeking more flexibility, autonomy, are driven by a growth mindset, and who put patient care first.
\n Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide PT based services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
\n What You'll Do
\n Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's.
\n Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
\n Adhere to Brightstar Care standards for patient care, safety, and communications.
\n Be willing to travel within an established radius.
\n Assure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
\n What We'll Love About You
\n Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy institution
\n Licensed as a Physical Therapist in TX in good unencumbered standing
\n Work experience of at least one year as an Physical Therapist with Adult and Pediatrics experience.
\n Familiarity and willingness to learn Electronic Management System.
