Weekly for 40 hours : $2,806 weekly ($25/hr w2 + $1,806 week stipend)

Position Overview:
\n We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Ultrasound Technologist to join our healthcare team. The Ultrasound Technologist will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and exceptional care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable in ultrasound imaging techniques, and committed to producing accurate diagnostic images for physician interpretation.
Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, small parts, obstetric, gynecologic, vascular (if applicable), and other general imaging studies. \n
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the examination process and addressing any questions or concerns. \n
- Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. \n
- Review physician orders and patient history to ensure appropriate imaging procedures are performed. \n
- Recognize and document abnormal findings for physician interpretation. \n
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete documentation in accordance with facility policies. \n
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA guidelines. \n
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care. \n
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly. \n
