DIRECTOR OF DATA - ENTERPRISE STRATEGY

The Director of Data is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Bank’s enterprise data strategy and governance framework. This position will establish and lead the Bank’s data program from the ground up, ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility, and strategic utilization across the organization. The Director of Data will work closely with executive leadership and business units to develop scalable and cost-effective data solutions that support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, strategic decision-making, and long-term growth initiatives.

This position serves as a strategic advisor to Senior Management regarding enterprise data governance, reporting, analytics, architecture, and business intelligence capabilities. The Director of Data is responsible for ensuring appropriate controls, policies, procedures, and oversight exist for all enterprise data assets and may supervise additional personnel as the data program develops.
