\nWhat You Will Do

- Provide occupational therapy services in the home based on the physician plan of care \n
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans \n
- Focus on improving daily living skills, safety, and independence \n
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes \n
- Educate patients and families on techniques and care plans \n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation \n
- Follow all safety and compliance standards \n
What You Need

- Active Occupational Therapist license in Missouri \n
- Home health experience preferred but not required \n
- Strong clinical judgment and time management skills \n
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule \n
- Strong communication and patient education skills \n
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical \n
