The purpose of the position of Production Planning Specialist/NACUP Planner is to support general operation of NACUP with NACUP manager.

\n


\n

NACUP means customizing center of North America and the main role is placing order for each component of excavator such as Base, Boom, Arm and Bucket to plant in South Korea and then making assembly schedules and managing production to make excavator ready to delivery condition.

\n


\n

1) Operations Management

\n

- Supports and leads continuous improvement, problem solving and process improvement activities.

\n

- Maintains and consolidates monthly reports for each operational activities.

\n

- Semi Annual Inventory Audits: Execute a comprehensive physical count of all machines and parts twice

\n

per year.

\n

- It includes all the activities to increase efficiency and productivity of NACUP. Identify and address

\n

production issues to prevent delays or errors.

\n

- Setting up standard work (making standard work procedure sheet, standardize work sequence and

\n

location of parts/tools/other subsidiary materials and layout map of workspace and so on)

\n

- Increasing productivity (production optimization, waste elimination, cost reduction, increasing

\n

production capability, reduce production lead time and so on)

\n


\n

2) Production Management

\n

- Taking proper measures instantly for all the problem in the middle of production with NACUP general

\n

manager (defect parts, missing parts, incorrect parts, performance problem, production shortage due to

\n

various reasons)

\n

- Monitoring daily production status and discussing daily issues with NACUP general manager to solve

\n

problems and stabilize production status.

\n

- Production Scheduling: Create and maintain the daily schedule, transitioning machines from SKD to CBU

\n

status based on dealer orders and port arrivals.

\n

- Actively work with inventory team and warehouse staff to ensure 100% of parts, customizing kits, and

\n

machines are staged and ready for the production.

\n

- Actively collaborate with the Quality Team to ensure all production units meet company standards before

\n

cleared for shipment.

\n

- Claims management: Claim for reimbursement regarding equipment damage and loss.

\n

- Multi Site Coordination: Act as the central planning hub for locations in Rincon, Shippensburg, Tacoma,

\n

and League City to ensure standardized production and inventory flow.

\n


\n

3) Invoice Management

\n

- Cost Control: Strong attention to detail to identify overcharges, duplicate billings, or incorrect rates in

\n

partner invoices.

\n

- Create vouchers for expenses.

\n

- Prepare monthly expense summaries.

\n

4) Travel Work

\n

- 20% Travel Required: This role involves regular travel to oversee production and standards at other sites

\n

and to coordinate with leadership.

\n

- Strategic Sites: On site visits to Rincon, Shippensburg, Tacoma, and League City to lead workflow

\n

efficiencies.

\n

- Corporate Alignment: Quarterly travel to the Headquarter in Norcross for strategic planning, financial

\n

reviews , and leadership meetings.

\n


\n

5) Administrative Management

\n

- Manage and track all office and warehouse assets, including company vehicles, forklifts, and IT

\n

equipment, and etc.

\n

- Actively work with Asset Team to ensure all equipment is maintained according to company standard.

\n

- Lead the coordination and purchasing of daily operational necessities, including office supplies,

\n

warehouse consumables, and team meals.

\n


\n

Responsibilities:

\n

Requires understanding of company policies and procedures and All work must be conducted in accordance with company standards and policies.

\n

Efforts are required to continuously develop one's work skills.

\n

Must continuously produce relevant manuals for the tasks in charge of.

\n

Any problems found should be reported immediately.

\n

Actively cooperate with requests for assistance from another subsidiary and HQ.

\n

Requires a strong working understanding of systems and resources used in departmental operations and the ability to see through daily work situations and determine what resources are necessary to resolve them in an efficient and appropriate manner.

\n

Work location fixed at Brunswick, GA (no remote work available)

\n

Preferred Qualification

\n

Fluent in both English and Korean (Bilingual)
