\nJob Description:
\nThe Travel RN in the ICU unit is responsible for providing advanced critical care nursing to adult patients in a 29-bed general ICU. The position requires expertise in ventilator management, arterial blood gas (ABG) interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, and hemodynamic monitoring within a level 2 trauma center.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Manage ventilators and interpret ABG results. \n
- Titrate vasoactive drips and monitor hemodynamics. \n
- Perform procedures such as intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopies, and bedside trach and peg tube placements. \n
- Assist with CRRT, Impella, IABP, and ECMO as needed. \n
- Work every other weekend and float as needed to ED and step down units. \n
Requirements:

- Current RN License \n
- ACLS and BLS certifications required \n
- Advanced skills in ventilator management, ABG interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring \n
- Experience with Aleris pumps, GE monitors, Edwards EV 1000 and CCO, primaflex CRRT, and cardiohelp ECMO \n
