Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: Currently our max patient load is 18 patients, looking to go up to 24. 
\n • Patient Ratios: 6:1 
\n • Equipment: Bladder scanner, glucometers, etc. 
\n • EHR: Medhost

\n

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults and Geriatric, No peds.

\n

Hiring Profile:

\n

• Must Have Skills/Experience: BLS 
\n • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Critical care thinking 
\n • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Pneumonia, CVA, CP, post-surgical, electrolyte imbalances, DVT, etc. 
\n • Personality Fit: Get along with others, we are all like family here.

• Required Education: Certifications/licensure required to work as an RN in TN.
