American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Home Health position requiring Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience and at least 1 year of Med/Surg hospital background.

Details\n

\n
• Home health care setting serving adult patients across Nelson, Spencer, and southern Bullitt counties
\n
• Caseload of approximately 30 adult patients with a daily point target of 6.5
\n
• Responsibilities include start of care (SOC), recertifications, and daily visits
\n
• Schedule consists of five 8-hour day shifts with a weekend rotation (8am–5pm)
\n
• No on-call requirements
\n
• Phone and tablet provided for field use
\n
• Charting system: Homecare Homebase (HCHB) — experience required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active KY RN license or Compact (NLC) license — must be active at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted
\n
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required; pending certifications not accepted
\n
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg experience in a hospital setting required
\n
• Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience required — no exceptions
\n
• Home health background required — no exceptions
\n
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
\n
• Valid driver's license required
\n

Additional Information\n

• Orientation consists of approximately 2 weeks with a workcoach accompanying on select visits
\n
• Clinical manager and educator available 24/7 for emergencies and 8am–5pm for general support while in the field
\n
• Holiday rotation coverage required
\n
• Scrubs required; no color restriction
\n
• No mileage reimbursement for travel within the coverage area
\n
• BSN not required for this position
\n
