Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide respiratory treatments and vent management for adult and pediatric patients.
\n
• Perform arterial blood gas draws and lab analysis.
\n
• Assist with intubations and emergency respiratory procedures.
\n
• Complete EKGs for both inpatient and outpatient settings.
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care.
\n
• Staff various respiratory care units as assigned, maintaining high standards of care.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current state respiratory therapist license.
\n
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC; RRT preferred.
\n
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, and STABLE.
\n
• Experience in emergency room, ICU, and inpatient adult care.
\n
• Strong ability to assist in intubations and critical procedures.
\n
• Professional appearance and ability to adhere to dress code policies.
\n
