The Echo/Vascular sonographer performs diagnostic ultrasound and related testing on patients with suspected disorders of the cardiovascular system. These tests primarily include, but are not limited to, echocardiography, EKG, carotid duplex scanning, and noninvasive peripheral (arterial and venous) vascular studies.Sonographers must be registered or registry eligible by the ARDMS as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or by CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS).Registry must be completed within one year of employment.

Facility Requirements:

\n

\n
• Must have BLS certifications, must be attached to the candidate submission (Must be through the American Heart Association)
\n
• Must have ARDMS as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or by CCI as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) and Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS).
\n
• Experience as Echo tech is also preferred
\n
• Shifts will be  Moday-Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 30 min lunch & Friday 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
