Job Description
\nThe Dental Hygienist will provide preventive and therapeutic dental care services while promoting oral health and patient education in a clinical setting.
\nRequirements:
\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program \n
- Active Minnesota Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license \n
- BLS certification \n
- Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Perform oral prophylaxis, scaling, and root planning \n
- Conduct oral health assessments \n
- Take and interpret radiographs \n
- Provide preventive care and patient education \n
- Apply sealants and fluoride treatments \n
- Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) \n
Benefits:
\n - Health and Welfare: $5.09/hr (Up to 40 hours worked per week)
\n - PTO: 5 days after 6 months, an additional 5 days at 1 year of service
\n - Accrued sick days: 1 hour for every 36 hours worked
\n - 11 Paid Holidays: Following the Government calendar throughout the year
