Lead a high-performing Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) team in beautiful Western Colorado! This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader passionate about maternal and newborn care.

📍 Location: Grand Junction, CO
💼 Position: Full-Time 
💰 Salary: $126,880–$145,912/year

Requirements:\n

\n
• BSN required
\n
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
\n
• 10+ years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
\n
• 5+ years of progressive leadership/management experience
\n
• Active Colorado RN License
\n
• BLS, ACLS & NRP required
\n
• Additional maternal/newborn certifications preferred
\n

Responsibilities:\n

\n
• Lead Labor & Delivery clinical and operational services
\n
• Manage staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
\n
• Mentor and develop nursing teams
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams, and hospital leadership to drive exceptional patient outcomes
