Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: I use a pedal wheel chair at home l can walk but I need to able to sit frequently About the care needs: I just need someone who can fold my chair and put in back seat or trunk and then push through the door where my appt. Is and pick me up and take me home after appt. Services needed include: transportation.
