Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for an engaged nanny for 3 children in Cypress. Am help getting girls ready for school , but mainly taking care of baby for the day until I get back from work. Possible help at night with the 3 with me/ my husband needed (dinner / play / get kids ready for bed). Shifts will be different daily (examples. no help required on Tuesday AM sometimes , no help needed Friday nights after 4 typically ) job needed full time until Oct 2027 then drops down to part time (ish 30 hours)
