Housekeeper Needed - Now Hiring

The windows dont need cleaning as much as everything else but Id definitely hire for windows being cleaned yearly! For the most part Im just looking for a monthly deep clean of floors. Due to a bad back I cannot mop/scrub and have a hard time sweeping, so I would love to have someone come in and really thoroughly do the floors monthly. Mostly old hardwood. One small living room, carpeted, which could use a good cleaning to start and then just deodorizing and vacuuming? Its all old flooring and eventually needs replacing (the carpet sooner than later) but it just drives me nuts to have dirty floors.
