Responsibilities: Licensed Practical Nurse PT DAYS

• Provide high-quality care to our residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans

• Participate in training and education programs to stay current with industry best practices

• May be asked to float to other areas of the facility as needed
