Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting while supporting residents' health, safety, and overall well-being.
Job Description:
- Deliver direct nursing care to LTC residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document patient conditions using PointClick EMR.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality care standards.
Requirements:
- Active Colorado LPN License.
- BLS.
- BLS Certification – Required.
- Minimum 3 years of hospital, skilled nursing, or LTC experience.
- IV Certification preferred.
- CAPS check required.
