We're currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an exciting contract opportunity in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania!
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)

Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania LPN License.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to veteran residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
- Assist with daily patient care and support individualized care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and safety standards.
