We are currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a dedicated healthcare team in South Mountain, Pennsylvania.

Requirements:

Job Duties:

Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, or physical illnesses.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Record vital signs, maintain accurate medical documentation, and collect specimens.
Implement individualized nursing care plans.
Assist patients with daily living and rehabilitation activities.
Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Supervise support staff when assigned and ensure quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with nursing standards, infection control, and facility policies.
