Role Summary

As Catering Manager, you will lead revenue growth for Zaxbys catering in the Greenville and Spartanburg markets by building a reliable pipeline and executing events to brand standards. Key responsibilities include developing local catering sales, maintaining relationships with schools, businesses, churches, and community groups, and managing the end-to-end catering workflow from inquiry to delivery and on-site setup. You will also ensure order accuracy, timeliness, food safety, cleanliness, and guest-focused service; track performance against sales targets with clear reporting; and oversee catering inventory. When needed, you will recruit, train, and supervise catering team members.

Compensation & Benefits
