A leading GM dealership in the south metro Minneapolis market is looking for a world-class Parts and Service Director to lead a busy fixed operations team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead all fixed operations, including both the Parts and Service Departments
  • Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional leadership, communication, and accountability
  • Oversee service advisors, technicians, parts personnel, dispatch, workflow, and departmental efficiency
  • Develop and mentor department managers and team members through coaching and performance management
  • Improve service and parts sales, gross profit, CSI, technician productivity, inventory performance, and customer retention
  • Monitor financial performance, establish budgets, analyze key performance indicators, and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture focused on teamwork, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience


What You Bring:

  • Proven automotive Service Manager, Fixed Operations Manager, or Parts and Service Director experience.
  • Track record of improving CSI, production, profitability, retention, and department performance.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and accountability skills.
  • Experience managing advisors, technicians, dispatch, shop flow, and service operations.
  • Ability to read the numbers, find the opportunity, and take action.
  • Domestic or GM dealership experience preferred, but not required.
  • Must be a culture builder who can lead, train, hold standards, and grow people.
