Now Hiring: LPN - Inpatient Rehab (Days or Nights) | Colorado Springs

WSi is currently seeking experienced LPNs for an opportunity in an inpatient rehabilitation setting in Colorado Springs. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing hands-on patient care and supporting patients as they recover from complex medical conditions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and daily patient care
• Care for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, and orthopedic conditions
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support successful patient recovery
